Data Deletion

Use any one of these three methods:

• In the Telegram bot. Open your chat with Eiwa and send the /delete command. The bot will ask you to confirm before anything is removed.
• In the Android app. Go to Settings > Delete my account and confirm.
• By email. Write to privacy@eiwa.tech from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of your confirmed request.

• Your account is deactivated promptly after you confirm the request.
• Your personal information and stored content are deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
• Copies in encrypted backups are removed on the backups' normal rotation schedule.
• We may retain limited records where the law requires it, or as needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any retained records stay protected and are not used for other purposes.

Deletion covers the data associated with your account, including:

• Your account information: name, phone number, and email address.
• The client records you stored: client names, phone numbers, and appointment notes.
• Your appointment history and conversation history with the assistant.

Voice recordings are not part of deletion because they are not stored in the first place: recordings are transcribed and then deleted as part of normal processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your data, for example your client list and appointment history, request an export before you delete your account by emailing privacy@eiwa.tech. We will provide it in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
