Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Eiwa for Beauty Pros (the "Service") and is part of our Terms of Service. If your use of the Service violates this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access.

Use the Service only for your own legitimate business as a beauty professional or a similar independent professional, and only in ways that comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection, privacy, and communications laws.

• Store only client information you have a legitimate business reason to keep.
• Do not upload information about people without the authority to do so.
• Do not use the Service to store sensitive data it is not designed for, such as government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or protected health information as defined by HIPAA.
• Honor your clients' requests about their own data, such as requests to stop receiving reminders.

• Client messaging through the Service is for transactional communications only: appointment reminders, confirmations, and similar service messages.
• Do not use the Service to send marketing or promotional messages to clients without their consent.
• Do not send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not interacted with your business.
• Do not send messages that are deceptive, harassing, or abusive.

• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass its security or access controls.
• Do not introduce malware or any harmful code.
• Do not scrape the Service, overload it with automated requests, or interfere with other users.
• Do not attempt to extract the Service's underlying models, prompts, or source code, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Do not share your access, invite codes, or account with others.

Never use the Service to:

• Break the law or help anyone else break the law.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent who a message is from.
• Collect or process data about children under 13.
• Provide or simulate medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Eiwa is not a medical service.
• Generate or distribute content that is fraudulent or deceptive.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning you, removing content, limiting features, or suspending or terminating your account. Where required, we may also report violations to law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may do so to operate and protect the Service.
