About EIWA
What EIWA is, who it is for and what it replaces.
EIWA is a voice operating system for independent beauty professionals. You say what you need in your own words and EIWA creates the appointment, updates the client card and keeps your day in order. The whole interface is two screens: one where you speak and one where you read your day.
Lash artists, brow artists, nail technicians, PMU artists, estheticians, hairstylists and solo studio owners. Anyone who works with their hands and loses evenings to admin.
For a solo pro it can be the only place your schedule lives. One thing to know first: EIWA does not sync with external calendars yet, so during the beta you either move your schedule across or run the two side by side for a while.
The private beta runs in English. There is a separate Russian version of EIWA with its own product and its own terms, and the two do not mix.
No. EIWA confirms what it understood and reads results back, but it is not there for conversation. It exists to take work off your hands: book, move, cancel, remind, remember.
Beta program
How to get in, what is expected and what happens when it ends.
Send an application from the Beta page. The button there opens an email with the four things we need to know already written out: your name, what you do, your city and the phone you work from. A person reads it and usually replies within a few business days.
Yes. EIWA is free during the private beta and no credit card is required. Pricing will be announced before the public launch.
Use EIWA on real bookings rather than as a test drive, and tell us when something breaks. A voice note describing what went wrong is worth more to us than a polished bug report.
There is no countdown and no held-back seats. Applications are read in the order they arrive, and we take on as many people as we can support properly.
You will hear about it before it happens, together with pricing and next steps. Your data stays yours throughout, and you can export or delete it at any point.
Pricing and plans
Everything about money, which during the beta is nothing.
Nothing during the private beta. Pricing will be announced before the public launch. You will not find a price anywhere on this site today, because there is nothing you could buy yet.
No. No card is asked for and none is stored.
No. There is no card on file, so nothing can be charged. Pricing will be announced before the public launch and you decide then, with everything you need to decide in front of you.
Not yet. Plans and pricing will be published together, before the public launch. Until then every beta tester has the same access to everything that works.
Security and privacy
Where your data sits, and what we do and do not claim.
You do. Your clients and your schedule belong to you, and you can request an export or a full deletion at any time. Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.
Traffic between your phone, the client portal and EIWA runs over HTTPS, and access tokens are stored in the secure storage of your device. We do not claim end-to-end encryption, because that is not what is running.
No, and we do not say we are. EIWA is an early-stage product in a private beta with no third-party certifications. If you handle health-adjacent information, read the acceptable use policy before you start.
Only the services that have to process it for EIWA to run, and every one of them is named publicly on the subprocessors page, with what it receives and why.
Yes. The data deletion page explains exactly how, and the request covers your account and the client records attached to it.
Reminders and scheduling
The day, the diary and the follow-ups.
EIWA keeps track of who needs a reminder and who is due back, and tells you before it slips. Nothing goes out behind your back.
Yes. Say who is moving and where to, and EIWA confirms the change before it touches your calendar. Cancelling works the same way and always asks first.
Ask when you are free and EIWA reads back the openings that fit the length of the service, so you are not offering a two hour slot for a twenty minute job.
Not yet. External calendar sync is not built, so your EIWA schedule and any other calendar you keep are separate for now.
Every appointment for the day with the client, the service and the time, in your own timezone, plus a count so you know what you are walking into.
Voice commands
What to say, and what happens when it goes wrong.
Things like: book Maria for a gel manicure tomorrow at 2 PM, move Jessica to Friday, show me today's schedule, remind Olivia about her brow appointment, when is my next opening on Thursday.
No. Say it the way you would say it to a receptionist. EIWA works out the client, the service and the time from context, and asks when something is genuinely ambiguous.
You see exactly what will change before anything is saved, and critical actions like cancelling ask for confirmation. If something still lands wrong, correcting it is another sentence.
Yes. There is a text fallback for the moments when you are with a client and cannot say a name out loud.
That is the whole point. Voice is the main way in, so a booking can happen mid-fill without touching anything.
Supported use cases
What EIWA covers today, and what it does not.
Any service with a name and a length: lash fills and full sets, brow touch-ups, gel manicures, PMU sessions, colour, cuts. EIWA learns the names you already use with clients.
Not yet. Payments and deposits are planned and clearly marked as coming soon on the Features page. Today EIWA handles the booking, and you handle the money the way you already do.
No. Inventory is planned but not built, and we would rather say that than show you a screen that does nothing.
Not yet. EIWA is built for one pair of hands. Shared schedules and team access are on the planned list.
Yes. Send a form or a consent document through a private client link and get it back signed and timestamped, so both sides have the same record.
Access and requirements
What you need, and how you get in.
A phone you already carry and an internet connection. There is no desktop setup and nothing to configure before your first booking.
Not yet. EIWA runs on Android and through Telegram today. That is exactly why the beta application asks which phone you work from.
No. Apply first. The reply tells you what to install and walks you through the first day.
Your schedule, clients and notes live in your account, not on the device. Sign in on the new phone and the day is where you left it.
Email hello@eiwa.tech. During the private beta the people who answer are the people who build EIWA, so a good description of what went wrong tends to turn into a fix.
Why EIWA
Why beauty professionals choose EIWA.
Four reasons that hold up without a single invented statistic behind them.
Save hours every week
Booking, moving, reminding and note-taking happen while you are still cleaning your station, instead of piling up for the end of the day.
Built for beauty pros
Not a generic calendar with a beauty skin on it. Lash fills, brow touch-ups and full sets are what EIWA was designed around.
Secure by design
Privacy by design, data you own, named subprocessors, and a security page that says plainly what we do not claim.
Always improving
EIWA is in private beta and moves every week. What beta testers ask for is what gets built next.
